- The brain behind the brands of four-man team (FMT), ONE FOUR BASE, Ahas Gawwa, WildFMT, Jobfactory & SourceOne, owned by JFS Holdings (Private) Limited having over 20 years of management and HR experience.
- He was recognized as the Best Human Resources Practitioner amongst the Managers qualified in PQHRM (Professional Qualification in HRM) in 2012 by the Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka (IPM Sri Lanka) and awarded at the international HR Conference held at Water’s Edge Hotel, Sri Lanka.
- Qualified in Professional Qualifications in HRM from IPM, holding Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from PIM, affiliated to the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.
- Paratrooper, who resigned prematurely in 2007 from SL Army completing 13 years spell. Gallantry Medal (Rana Sura Padakkama) Winner for two times from HE the President & was trained in Malaysia for Talent Management and Strategic Succession planning in 2011.
- As Training is his passion, he has conducted many successful OBT programs to corporate sector clients such as AIA, Union Assurance, Amana Takaful, HNB Assurance, Orient Finance, CBL etc. Madhushan possesses over 2500 training hours being the Chief Navigator.
BIOGRAPHY:
Madhushan is in the board of JFS Holdings from its inception and serving under three main sectors: Services, Leisure and Plantations. Winning a Merit Award (Services – Large Category) at the Western Province’s Entrepreneur Awards in 2017. Before getting to the Corporate and Public training, Madhushan worked as the Manager HR Services at Union Assurance PLC for four years and as Manager HR for one year at Serendib Hotels PLC of Hemas Holdings PLC. In addition to that, Madhushan is an Associate member at Institute of Personnel Management (Since 2009) and a Professional member – at Association of HR Professionals (Since 2010).
